Join the WaitlistThe Transformation Felt Real. So Why Is It Fading?
You had an experience that cracked something open.
Maybe it was ayahuasca in ceremony. Psilocybin with a guide. Ketamine therapy at a clinic. Or another medicine in a therapeutic setting.
You saw yourself with a clarity you'd never experienced. You touched something vast. You understood the patterns that had been running your life. You glimpsed who you could become.
And then you came home.
Maybe it's been weeks. Maybe months. And you're noticing something troubling:
The insights are fading.
The clarity that seemed so absolute is getting fuzzy. Old patterns are creeping back. The transformation you experienced feels more like a memory than a reality.
You're not alone.
This isn't because the experience wasn't real. It's because you were sent home without the support you needed.
Most people are discharged within hours of the most profound experience of their lives — with no follow-up, no structure, and no one who understands what they just went through.
Researchers call this the "aftercare desert."
The psychedelic renaissance has focused intensely on the ceremony itself. But the experience is only the beginning. What happens in the weeks and months after determines whether transformation lasts — or fades.
There is another way.

I Know What It's Like to Lose the Thread
I'm Wyatt — a therapist-in-training specializing in psychedelic integration.
A few years ago, I sat in ceremony and saw my life with a clarity I'd never experienced. I understood patterns that had been running me for decades. I glimpsed who I could become.
Two months later, most of it had faded.
Not because the experience wasn't real. But because I had no structure, no support, and no one who understood what I was trying to hold onto.
That experience set me on a path. I'm now completing my clinical training as a mental health counselor, with specialized study in depth psychology, somatic practices, and nervous system regulation — the frameworks that actually help transformation last.
I'm building Interior Integration because I believe no one should have to navigate this alone. The gap between transformative experience and lasting change doesn't have to be a desert. It can be a supported journey.
Integration services launching Fall 2026.
Integration That Goes Beyond Talk
Most integration support stops at journaling and conversation. That's a start — but it's not enough to rewire your nervous system or embody lasting change.
Nervous System First
You can't integrate from a dysregulated state. We start with stabilization — using Polyvagal-informed practices to create the foundation that makes lasting change possible.
Depth Psychology Framework
Ceremony often reveals unconscious material — shadow patterns, soul callings, parts of yourself you've never met. A Jungian framework helps you work with this material rather than be overwhelmed by it.
Somatic Embodiment
Insights that live only in your head fade. Integration means embodiment — making transformation live in your body, your relationships, your daily choices.
Clinical Foundation
Integration work can surface difficult material. A clinical background means I can recognize what's emerging and respond appropriately, whether that's deepening our work or connecting you with additional support.
